Region and Country:  Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône Valley, France

Varieties: 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette, and 30% Picpoul 

Tasting Notes: Citrus, grapefruit rind, chamomile. The palate unfolds with a medley of white peach, nectarine, and subtle dried floral notes. Nice chalky tension.
