 CLASSIC   DARK PLUM   CIGAR BOX Body: Full Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot,  Carménère Region: Beechworth, VIC Vintage: 2022 Winemaker: Barry and Jan Morey Winemaking: Vines left to low crop to increase ripening / four weeks of fermentation / maturation in oak for 24 months / blended and bottled without filtration.  ABV: 13.3% Volume: 750ml Serving Suggestion: Room temp 'The aromas of the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc Merlot show dark plum intermingled with blackcurrants and elements of cigar box. This medley carries through to the palate with tight acidity, complex fine grain tannin and spicy oak. Providing extra length and dimension.
