Two Tonne 'TMV' Riesling

My favourite style of Riesling. Perfectly balance aromas, fruit, acid & texture. Pretty florals on the nose but citrus and fresh crunchy green apple on the palate. And like any good riesling in this style, a sharp acidic backbone. Just a touch of sugar is enough to wind it all together nicely.
